Technical Illustration

Drawing highly detailed technical military illustrations, from 1984-1988 in an old worn-out WW2 aircraft hanger. I never thought I'd be talking about it (40+ years later) but, it's was the start of what made me an all-around versatile, attention to detail-oriented illustrator.

Stinger Training Manual

A step-by-step instruction manual - used for troops in the field.

Parts Description

It was drawn by hand with rapidograph pens and precise measuring tools.

Step 1, unfold the pop-up antenna

Each page was 30" x 40" and printed the same size for US Army troop classes in the field.

Drawings & paintings of highly detailed medical illustrations, created in 1989-1996 at a teaching hospital in Ft Bliss (El Paso) Texas. These were published in Medical Journals, introduced as evidence for court cases and used in teaching environments.
